Gerrit will be unavailable for a few hours starting at 1500 UTC on
Saturday, March 21.

Also, as Jeremy indicated in this email, its IP address will be changing:

If you use Gerrit from a network with egress filtering, you may need to
update your firewall.  Please see the above message for full details.

This outage is to move Gerrit to a new server running Ubuntu 14.04.
There should be no user-visible changes with this move.  This is a
preparatory step for upgrading to a new version of the Gerrit software
itself, which will happen later and we will announce separately.
