Hello,

For what it is worth, Joshua always provided very helpful reviews for
the Zuul patches I proposed and often caught issues that would seriously
disturb the OpenStack CI.

I always very nice interaction with Joshua and detailed feedbacks so
here is my +0.02 endorsement -:D
