Dave and Andrew,

What is ODL CI configuration, what kind of changes is been tested for?
I made an extended coverage of code on the above commits but I don’t see
ODL been triggered.
Neutron team agreed on a set of requirements for Juno:

Please, address this concern as high priority. Currently, ODL is not
following Neutron standards for CI testing.
