  After I updated the contact information, I run "git review" again,but the error "ICLA contributor agreement requires current contact information." still exists.

As I explained in IRC just now, the Gerrit UI does not display it
because it doesn't store it locally (for security/privacy design
reasons). If the last filed date/time updates, then it saved
successfully. Let us know if you run into any other issues!
