[OpenStack-Infra] Third party CI - existing setup

Hi Eduard,

I set up most of the interactions manually between master/slave jenkins.
Take a look at https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Arista-third-party-testing
See if this helps. I do describe the configuration steps in this wiki.
