Hi,
To set up our external 3rd party CI we had opened a bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-ci/+bug/1284808 It seemed to have been closed but our CI initial connectivity tests are failing. I am furnishing the info again to make sure things get in place.

We get the following error on git review.

Permission denied (publickey).

Problems encountered installing commit-msg hook
The following command failed with exit code 1

Permission denied (publickey).
Though there is a NetApp CI on the review with -1 but seems somewhere in the gerrit system workflow access is not proper. Could you please look into it.
