Yes, I just saw that message :) For now jenkins is running in a private env but logs will be published to public server and link will be posted in the review. 
Also, I just made a changes to gerrit trigger plugin to send messages only for build success.

It's great to see the progress on this!  One question, though.  The
comment includes a private address.  Is this going to get updated so
that all of the status and results are public?
