Public bug reported:

In the current version of Octavia Dashboard on master the German
translation for the "Delete Load Balancers" button under
Project->Network->Load Balancers is wrong. It says "Gelöschte
Loadbalancer", which means deleted loadbalancers, correct would be
"Loadbalancer löschen".
