Yeah, that's one angle of understanding how the translating process works,
from the tech people point of view. The other, tho, is to comprehend the
meaning, which is what graduated translators specialize on (:
And my bet was that both types of phrases had the same meaning but I just
wanted to be sure 100%. That's what mailing lists are for, I believe, where
people of different professions can help each other.
