Open Stack

Hi Akihiro,

the source document is on [1], and the target would be a similar thing 
in different languages in non-sphinx style. I explained our common 
workflow already and the working group wants to think about it. But they 
are in a very early form of formation and this takes time.
And yes, I think it's the FEMDC in [2], it's the same chair.
