Hello Alex!

Thanks for good suggestion on archiving also translated documents, which 
is a nice idea!
Also I agree to follow EOL policy for translated documents, as Andreas 
already set "Won't fix".

I have just left a few comments currently what I think about of 
archiving translated documents on the patch link Alex shared :)
