Hello all translators, I have just found that Horizon Newton RC2 tagging was under review on : https://review.openstack.org/#/c/378344/ and it has been just merged. As Akihiro-san previously mentioned, it is unlikely for Horizon team to propose RC3 unless any further important changes will happen.
