I have checked that there are no releasenotes resources on both stable-
mitaka and stable-newton versions in Zanata. If someone finds them, then
please file a new bug. Thank you for addressing it, Kato-san!

Bug description:
  As we discussed at Austin, only the master version is required for
  release notes translation on Zanata. Zanata currently has openstack-
  manuals stable-mitaka releasenotes resource. It looks unnecessary.
