I re-read the old logs. My memory is not correct.
We first import ~100% translated languages, and then relaxed the
criteria to 90~95%.
It seems I thought this is the criteria.
After that, we discussed and agreed the criteria
of >75% for addition and <66% for deleteion for each PO file.
That's the history.

I got it. I just quoted the i18n team consensus several release ago
and I didn't thought it has been updated as wrote above. Thanks.

Totally agree. I just would like to clarify the criteria.

Is it okay that I just update the language list with >66% progress?
