[Openstack-i18n] Cannot connect to Zanata

Hi,

We have the same problem in Japan. I understand that the OpenID
authentication system is down. Our translators have been on standby all day
today, so hopefully Zanata will be back soon.

Dear colluegues,

for some unknown reason i cannot connect to Zanata.
Tried different browsers and it just don't work.
Wonder if somebody have the same problems?
