Hi,

to get back on an older topic, e.g. see

Zanata apparently doesn't have the capabilities to send messages to the 
translation team (the built in chat is not too helpful) and it doesn't 
seem realistic to expect such a feature in the near future.

Since the German translator team is growing and to have some appropriate 
forum to discuss language specific issues and agree on standards, I 
thought about finally managing an email list, something like 
[Openstack-i18n-DE].

Would anyone know how to request/create an email list on 
lists.openstack.org?
