[Openstack-i18n] I18n sessions plan in Tokyo summit

Aloha,

before I go on trip: Are this session plan still valid? And are 
information available like meeting room or a meeting point? If there are 
no topics to discuss in the session I would like to take this 
opportunity for a get-together of the I18n team. What do you think?
