Feel free to send the patch and mark it as WIP - or send it and we 
approve. Once you're happy with the published result, send a patch to 
openstack-manuals so that we update the link to the Quick Start Guide to 
point to it....

Just do "rm -rf publish-docs" for now - and let me send a patch to 
cleanup before...
