[Openstack-i18n] Glance needs some fields in JSON files translated.

I see there are some glance resources[1] in Transifex now.
You could refer to this wiki page to see the infrastructure automation 
settings:
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Translations/Infrastructure
Hope it is helpful.

BTW, infra team is changing the translation tool and migrating resources 
from Transifex to Zanata now.
I don't know if you want to add the new resource to both these two tools.
The configuration should be similar.
You could get Lyz's suggestion for the best choice.
