Hi team, especially Czech member,

Just a reminder.
As mentioned a days ago, the translation resource of
Install Guide for Liberty is "stable-liberty" version at Zanata.

"master" version is a draft for Mitaka.
Also, to be honest, the guide may be heavily rewrited for Mitaka.
