I thought the mail you quoted was just a progress update. The trial site was just updated and it is encouraged to register Zanata. The subject of the mail is "Zanata trial starts! Please register and try", so (at least) I thought the date of the migration is not announced officially. Although I read almost all mails in this list, I got confused. I am afraid many language team have confusion. I hope it is just for me.
