Open Stack

Looking at the great work the Japanese team is doing, I wonder why the
High Availability and Security Guides are not published on
docs.openstack.org.

Should I make the changes for these documents? Any other documents I
should publish?

Note we do not need to add links to these manuals, we can just publish
them as is and see that everything looks fine.
