It will be tested now once https://review.openstack.org/102168 is
merged, I'll send a publish job later and get it visible on
http://docs.openstack.org/draft-i18n-manuals.html as well.

Sungjin, to test locally, the best is to run:
tox -e buildlang -- ko_KR
