It works for China, Korean, and Indian.
As to Europe, it's 8am, still a little early.
But considering the speaker's location, I think the time is all right.
Then let's use UTC 0600.
Video will be recorded and shared in Youtube after the meeting.
@ Francois, you could watch the video if the time is not available for you
to show up.
