There were 2 new strings added/changed. Now pt_BR is in 100% again :).

With the hard work of translation team, we have 100% finished 6 languages
translations.
They are: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Polish, English (Australia) and English
(United Kingdom).
Portuguese (Brazil) and French translations are finished 98% and 99%, almost
reach the goal now.

If you have time, please do a final check through the Horizon test website.
Akihiro Motoki will import our translations to Horizon in these two days.
Then we can broadcast our result to the whole openstack community with much
proud!
