Open Stack

Hi,

What's the policy on translating log messages in OpenStack? Especially
the case of api/neutron.py (tried to find something on the wiki, but I
may be wrong)

IMHO they shouldn't be marked as translatable as usually that breaks
stuff working on them and the general standard I've found on most of
the projects that they aren't translated...
