Hi,

I'm going to address below topics in the IRC meeting this week.
* Horizon translation progress report
* Merging time and criteria
* Design summit session proposals in I18n areas

The meeting time should be 0100 UTC this Thursday. I wonder if we can move
it
1 hour earlier this time, because I have a conflict this week. That is:

      Beijing 0800
      Tokyo 0900
      Melbourne 1000
      San Francisco 1700
      Guayaquil 1900
      New York 2000
      Sao Paulo 2100
      Paris 0200
      Bangalore 0530

If you want to attend the meeting and the time is not appropriate for you,
please let me know.
