If so, can you check if below files are updated?

https://github.com/openstack/horizon/tree/master/horizon/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/django.po

https://github.com/openstack/horizon/tree/master/horizon/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/djangojs.po
https://github.com/openstack/horizon/tree/master/openstack_dashboard/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES/django.po

If not, you need to update these files with below command:
./run_tests.sh --makemessages

and then commit to github.
