[Openstack-i18n] I18n team meeting tomorrow

I could not attend the I18N team meeting today and I think I would not
be able to attend meetings @ 0000UTC from now on too.
The meeting is APAC friendly but not Japan friendly (at least to me)
because it is 9am in Japan and it is just the time business hours start.
I18N work is not my company job but just my private/spare-time work,
so I cannot prioritize it.
I believe other Japanese folks have the same situation.
It seems there are many fruitful discussions in the meeting.
I can join ML threads if any.
