[Openstack-i18n] Patch proposed to import translations for Havana

Argh, and I've just found a typo :( So, 2013.2.1 it is for me then,
thankfully the typo is a bit hidden in the admin panel ;)
Thanks for the good work and let us split the transifex tree into
Havana and master again.
