[Openstack-i18n] Horizon translation status update for Havana

Hi, Akihiro Motoki

I got response from the coordinator of Chinese(Taiwan) team.
He could finish this work tomorrow night 2013/10/10 17:00 CST.

Can you delay the import to that time?
