[openstack-hpc] Vote now for speakers

Although Keystone has consume much of my time and attention, I still
have a =n interest in HPC. Lets do an unconference session on HP.
Also, I think that someone should propose a sesion about HPC and low
latency interconnects direct to user land as part of either Nova or
Neutron's summit sessions.
