Hi All,

Due to some issues around the name OpenStack University we unfortunately had to pick a new one.

The new name of the program is OpenStack Upstream Institute.

We renamed the corresponding assets as well, so please join or move to the #openstack-upstream-institute IRC channel. The new ML tag is os-upstream-institute.
