Open Stack

I just wanted to document on this list for the benefit of those who
didn't attend this PTG session in person or remotely: we had a very
productive discussion and produced what we think should be a good
structure for the HA Guide going forwards:

I believe Ianeta is already starting on the restructuring, and
hopefully we can all help with the efforts where appropriate.
