[OpenStack-docs] [openstack-doc] Update OpenStack logos

I've forwarded this thread to Todd Morey and Wes Wilson, our design team 
for comment specifically regarding the style guide. Please see below for 
some additional thoughts.

For the OpenStack logo, you can go here: 
https://www.openstack.org/brand/openstack-logo  For the 
docs.openstack.org header, simply replacing the current logo with 
https://www.openstack.org/themes/openstack/images/openstack-logo-full.svg should 
be enough.

For the Project Mascots, we are  working on a better format for easy 
download, as well as a code snippet so you can just add the logo to the 
website. In the meantime, the project mascots are all located in Dropbox 
and can be accessed from here: https://www.openstack.org/project-mascots

Agreed! The preference would be to use the logos that we have on file so 
it's always up to date. Once we complete the move of the mascots to 
www.openstack.org, you should be able to link directly to them.
