But, we also need the header and the draft style guide from the Foundation
is not yet complete.

Copying Jimmy McArthur, who leads webdev at the Foundation, to see if he
has insights. Jimmy, how can we incorporate a common header from the new
theme or get the work done to know what colors, button formats, and
iconography to use?

At the PTG we discussed a couple of tasks, I think that we need to be sure
we know who is assigned.

- I think if my memory serves, Kato and I were going to work on a spec to
get rid of oslosphinx and use openstackdocs every where. Doug Hellman
agreed it's time.

Kato, I can start a draft if you like, just let me know. The scope is all
of docs.openstack.org and developer.openstack.org and we can include the
logo/style updates.

Consistency across subdomains is key here.
