Open Stack

We use scrapy in openstack-doc-tools/sitemap to generate the sitemap for
docs.openstack.org and developer.openstack.org

Right now I'm unable to use it, the current version does not work with
our tools - and I don't get it working with an older version either.

Anybody around that can fix the tool - and (optionally) regenerate our
sitemap files for both sides, please?
