Happy Friday to everyone!

The commits to openstack-manuals seem to have slowed down; therefore, we
are close to cutting a Newton branch.

We can do that next *Friday, November, 11*, for example. Is everyone okay
with the date?

Meantime, we ask core reviewers to please go through the open reviews to
clear up the queue before we cut the branch.
