[OpenStack-docs] Diagram recommendations for Openstack Contributor Guides

It is very time consuming creating and editing diagrams in Inkscape compared to using proprietary tools like Omnigraffle. We need to recommend one tool that is relatively easy to use and minimises time and effort producing diagrams. This will encourage more people to contribute to diagrams.
Shaun mentioned to me Lucidchart can provide free licences for open source projects. In fact, we could investigate which proprietary tools will offer free licences for upstream use.

With this requirement we are only able to use Inkscape, it is the only listed open source software.

Omnigraffle, DrawSVG, and Lucidchart are not open sourced.

I would prefer to not rely on hosted services like Lucidchart and DrawSVG. This way we are depending on the availability of a 3rd party service provider.
