Andreas has a patch up: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/326039/ Once that's done, we should be able to start moving content from the existing Install Guide into project repos (for Manila, Swift, Heat, Ceilometer, and Trove). Andreas has some draft instructions up here: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/InstallGuideWorkItems#For_projects_to_create_a_guide Feel free to poke around, and ask questions. Now is also a good time to ensure you've talked to your project teams about the upcoming changes.
