[OpenStack-docs] [glance] docs gate failing due on docs

Thanks for your response Doug.

I checked in glance and glance_store if we are setting translation
extension for sphinx explicitly -- we are not. So, I am guessing you are
talking about the extension being used in oslo.

I would be happy to collaborate and help further to get this fixed
soonish as it is blocking further releases of glance_store. In the
meanwhile, I have asked to pin down the glance_store release in upper
constraints [1] (which is being used to generate docs) as the relatively
new changes in glance_store help text for configs seem to have triggered
this failure.
