I believe that is why Andreas suggested he would be willing to join at 20:00 UTC which is out of hours for him. This is what is usually required to get a time across APAC/EMEA/NA, at least one party has to join out of hours. Whether this is appropriate depends how many other EMEA contributors we have joining the meetings and whether they are willing to make the same concession though.
