Hello.
I restored the patch [0] which suggests new IRC meeting time.
As the last doodle poll [1] was not very popular, this time
I added potential participants directly to the patch review.
Feel free to join and suggest your options as well!

Pros:
- you can check the option you want right in place, by tox
- lovely gerrit UI
Cons:
- no doodling anymore ;(
