[OpenStack-docs] data store or datastore?

Go with what IBM says, as they are our final arbiter.
How do we prevent this sort of "make work" (meaning, the word respelling
didn't need to be done, and now we had to do work to review the changes) in
the future? Does anyone know the contributor who can reach out personally?
