Hello Matjaz,

I agree with your idea: two meetings in a month, similar to bi-weekly :)

For me, I prefer to have meetings on Monday 17:00 UTC on 1st and 3rd 
weeks per month
(Time is the same as current schedule.),
but meetings on 2nd and 4nd weeks are also okay for me.
