Open Stack

Hi everyone,

The User Guide currently has one meeting, and I'm introducing another meeting set an hour and a half early  to accommodate several doc writers from the US.

The new US time zone meeting is set for UTC 2200 - Which is mid to late afternoon in the US (see link >>)

Are there any comments on adding this new meeting time? After checking through the calendar, I'm sure this does not cause a clash with another team.
