Thanks to Anne, Andreas, Olga, Nathaniel, and Edgar who have kindly agreed to moderate design summit session next week.

Etherpads: Each session now has an etherpad, and all the etherpads are listed here: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Design_Summit/Newton/Etherpads#Documentation Please make sure you have looked at the etherpad ahead of time, and added any relevant topics to it that you would like to discuss. Session moderators: check the topics listed on the etherpad before your session. If there's a lot of topics, then you might want to group them into some broad categories for discussion, or arrange them in a logical way. If there aren't a lot of suggestions on your etherpad, feel free to seed some, but don't go overboard. Once people get into the room and start chatting, there's generally plenty of things to talk about. Also, be prepared for etherpad to go down on the day. Make sure you have an idea (or better: a snapshot) of the topics to be discussed, and feel free to fall back to Google Docs, a text editor, or even a notepad and pen in the case of failure.

Foundation have helpfully put together a short video, which covers some really important topics for moderating sessions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4cDyM2s2bc

Remember: Design Summit sessions are about discussions and planning, not about presentations.

Feel free to ask any questions. I'm looking forward to seeing you all in Austin soon!
