I'll be running these tests on CentOS 7 to check if RDO Mitaka
packaging is consistent.
Let Alan (in copy) or me know if you find bugs or something.

FYI, we'll be holding a RDO Mitaka GA test day on April 13/14 and
upstream install guide is part of the tested scenarios.
