Open Stack

I've seen a couple of changes hold off for the mitaka release.

We're less than a week away from it and I suggest to update the manuals
soonish (now, early next week?) to have less merge conflicts and get
this all reviewed and merged in time.

I suggest to hold off - as usual - the change for the main index page
for the last day - but only that.

Olga, Brian, as release manager: what are your plans and guidance? What
should we hold of with reviewing and what should we merge?
