Patch etiquette reminder

When committing patches against the install guide, please be aware of other patches in flight, and remember to make new patches dependent on existing patches as needed. The install guide team will try and keep on top of this and enforce dependencies where possible, but it helps to have everyone mindful.

Kilo Testing
===
Since Liberty is imminent, we've decided it's time to stop Kilo testing and proceed with Liberty.
ACTION: Kilo testing page needs to be deprecated and/or edited to reflect testing around Liberty.[1] Volunteers?

Liberty
===
Matt has created an etherpad that we will use to track information about install-affecting Liberty changes. We will also keep track of install guide patches here. [2]
Ubuntu has packages available.
OpenSUSE can begin testing against master branch - Pranav will start testing when patches are merged.
No Fedora packages yet - if anyone has any info, let us know.
An architecture change patch is currently in flight.[3] This patch introduces a simpler architecture that removes OVS and documents linux bridge; these changes will not work with Kilo. (Pranav noted that this may be helpful for the training labs.)
That database patch that's been around a while has merged. [4]
